View Contact List Screen

The "View Contact List" screen is divided into the following sections:

Basic Contact List Details

This section displays contact list details including: Name, Marketing Campaign, Contact Type, Description, and Number of Members. Clicking the [Edit] button will bring up the Edit Contact List Screen where you can modify the contact list. Clicking the [View] button next to the marketing campaign field will take you to the View Campaign Screen where you can view and modify the marketing campaign relevant to the contact list.

For contact lists designated as postal address contacts, you use the buttons for [Sort USPS Business Mail] and [USPS Business Mail Sorting Details] to sort the addresses for USPS Business or Bulk Mail service. You will then be taken to the USPS Business Mail Sorting Details Screen where you can view and modify the mailing details. You can use [Calculate 3605-R Postage Rate] to calculate the postage rate for USPS Business or Bulk Mail service. See USPS Bulk Mail for more details.

Find List Members

This section allows you to search for people who are members of the contact list. You can search from any combination of the following criteria: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, or the information relevant to the contact type (for example, if the contact list is designated as an email list, you can search by the email address; if it is a postal address list, you can search using the appropriate mailing information).

List Members

This section displays the list members, and allows you to add new members to the list. The list members section also allows certain actions, depending on the contact type.

  • Email Address List - For a list with the Email Address contact type, you can add members to the list by clicking the [Add New] button and selecting the members from a list of all available contacts. Clicking the [Write Email] button will take you to the Write Email Screen where you can send an email to the relevant list member. Clicking the [Create Order] button will take you to the Create Orders Screen where you can create a new order for that contact.
  • Postal Address List - For a contact list with the Postal Address contact type, you can add members by clicking the [Add New] button and selecting members from a list of all available contacts, or add members who have made a catalog request by clicking either the [Add all Domestic Catalog Requests] or [Add all Foreign Catalog Requests] buttons. Clicking the [Create Order] button will take you to the Create Orders Screen where you can create a new order for the relevant list member.
  • Phone Number List - For a contact list with the Phone Number contact type, you can add members by clicking the [Add New] button and selecting members from a list of all available contacts. Clicking the [Log Call] button will take you to the Log Task Screen where you can record details of the call. Clicking the [Create Order] button will take you to the Create Orders Screen where you can create a new order for the relevant list member.

To remove members from any list, click the check box next to the member's name and then click the [Remove Selected] button at the bottom of the screen.
