USPS Business Mail Sorting Details Screen

This screen allows you to view and sort business mail. You can sort the mail by clicking the following buttons:

• [Bulk Mail Sorted by Destination] - This will the number of addresses for each sort result, including 5-digit zip code, 3-digit zip code, BMC zone, and international.
• [Breakdown by 5-digit Zip] - This will display the number of addresses for all the 5-digit US postal codes (ie, 10017) for which there are more than 10 addresses.
• [Breakdown by 3-digit Zip] - This will display the number of addresses for 3-digit US postal codes (ie, 100) for which there are more than 10 addresses.
• [Breakdown by BMC Zone] - This will display the number of addresses for the USPS BMC zones.
• [International Mail] - This will display the number of addresses going outside of the United States.

To print shipping labels for the contact list, select the appropriate label ID from the drop down menu and click the [Print Labels] button.

Clicking the [Mark Mailing Sent] button will prompt you with a confirmation box and will mark the contact list addresses as sent. If they were catalog requests, the catalog requests would be marked "fulfilled."
