The "View Contact List" screen is divided into the following sections:
Basic Contact List Details
This section displays contact list details including: Name, Marketing Campaign, Contact Type, Description, and Number of Members. Clicking the [Edit] button will bring up the Edit Contact List Screen where you can modify the contact list. Clicking the [View] button next to the marketing campaign field will take you to the View Campaign Screen where you can view and modify the marketing campaign relevant to the contact list.
For contact lists designated as postal address contacts, you are also provided with the following buttons: [Calculate 3605-R Postal Rate], [Sort USPS Business Mail], [USPS Business Mail Sorting Details], each of which will take you to the USPS Business Mail Sorting Details Screen where you can view and modify the mailing details.
Find List Members
This section allows you to search for people who are members of the contact list. You can search from any combination of the following criteria: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, or the information relevant to the contact type (for example, if the contact list is designated as an email list, you can search by the email address; if it is a postal address list, you can search using the appropriate mailing information).
