Managing Open Orders

Orders are listed in order of their priority. The priority is automatically determined according to the shipping option selected, however you can manually adjust the priority by either clicking the plus or minus buttons, or by clicking and dragging an order up or down the queue.

The open orders queue also displays the established shipping date, and allows you to change the shipping date by either entering a new date manually or by clicking the calendar search button.

The queue will also indicate whether or not an item is back ordered. You can allow an order to be split and shipped separately if part of the order is back ordered when you are initially creating the order. You can change this and any other shipping information by clicking on the internal name or ID on any screen in the “Orders” section. This will bring up the Edit Order Screen.
