Customer Returns Tests
Action
Log in as DemoCSR. Create an order, ship it, and then go to CRMSFA > Returns >> Create Return. Enter Order ID.
Result
Return is created. List of order items with adjustments and shipping charges is displayed.
Action
Select items to be returned and click on [Return Selected Item(s)] to return the items.
Result
Items are correctly added to the return.
Action
Click on [Pending Returns] in the left.
Result
This return along with other newly created returns should show up.
Action
Log in as DemoSalesManager and find this return again.
Result
A link for [Accept] shows up. It should not have been there if the user is DemoCSR or DemoCSR2.

Click on [Accept]

The return is accepted, inventory is increased in the warehouse, a credit memo can be found for this customer with these return items and prices in Financials > Payables >> Find Credit Memo. If the return were done to refund, a refund should have been issued and is visible from the order view in CRM. If the return were done for store credit, the billing account chosen should have been increased according to Billing Account Tests.

Go to the original order created above in CRM > Orders >> Find Order and view order.
Result
You should see links to the return and be able to click thorugh to view the return.

Click on PDF when there are return items created and the return is not canceled.

A PDF of the return is created.
Action
Create a new return from another order. Select the New Account option for Store Credit and press [Update].
Result
The Store Credit Account dropdown should now have a new account called Store Credit for return #${returnId}
Action
Select Store Credit for each return item and return them. Accept the return.
Result
The store credit should be credited the amount of the return. Use Financials > Receivables >> Find Customer Billing Account to check this.
