Creating a New Contact

The Create Contact screen allows you to add new contacts to your contact list with more complete details than the quick add section that appears on every page within the Contact section of Opentaps.

Contact Details

• Party ID
  • This allows you to create an ID name for the supplier that is unique to Opentaps. You will be able to use this in addition to the "Supplier Name" to search for a supplier on the Find Supplier screen.
• Supplier Name

Contact Information - Enter the appropriate data into the following contact fields:

• Country Code
• Area Code
• Phone Number
• Extension
• E-Mail Address
• Web URL

Address - Enter the appropriate mailing/shipping information for the supplier.
