View Production Run

This page shows a production run and allows you to manage the production runs. The screen is divided into several sub-sections:

Production Run

The top section of the production run screen shows the production run header information. The fields are:

• Product Name: name and internal ID of your product
• Status: current status of the production run
• Qty To Produce: quantity of the product to be produced
• Estimated Start Date, Calculated Completion Date: The estimated start date and the completion date calculated by the system.
• Start Date, Completion Date: The actual start and completion date of this production run.
• Production Run Name: Name given by the user for this production run
• Description: User input descriptive information
• Produced: Quantity produced
• Rejected: Quantity rejected

The following buttons are available at the top:

• [Print]: Prints a PDF for this production run
• [Schedule]: Schedules this production run. It should show up on the calendar it has been scheduled.
• [Confirm]: Confirms the production run. It has now started.
• [Cancel]: Cancels the production run.

Tasks

This part of the screen shows a list of the tasks in sequence of when they are being run and their current status.

If there are no currently active tasks, then the first task which could be started should have a button [Start] next to it. Click on [Start] to commence this task.
