You can set the inventory stock levels for your product by facility in the Catalog Manager's Product > Facilities. Each facility could have a minimum stock quantity and a reorder quantity. These settings will be used by Material Resources Planning to help reorder or manufacture products when they are out of stock.
You can also configure how inventory will be transferred from Backup Warehouses by setting the replenishment method flag in the ProductFacility entity. The options are:
- Never transfer: inventory is never transferred from backup warehouses. They will be produced or purchased at the warehouse where they are needed.
- Transfer from backup warehouse: inventory is transferred from backup warehouses as needed. This is the default option.
- Transfer from specified warehouse: inventory is transfer from the specified warehouse, and the predefined backup warehouses are ignored.
