All parties are defined by their Profile, which can be accessed from the Main Navigation page at:

[Party Admin] Icon > [Party Manager Application] dropdown box > [Parties] button

The User Profile captures all the information that is basic to the user's identity on the system including these items:

          the user's full name
          user personal information
          contact information, addresses, phone numbers, email
          login name and password on the opentaps system
          user roles on the system (such as employee, or manager, or customer)
          authority control to business processes via security groups
          audit trail (log) of user access and functions performed on the system
