A part of Warehouse organization is the Warehouse Team and its Members. The Warehouse Team provides access to the specified Members to perform assigned job functions in a specific Warehouse. Thus, each Warehouse has its own Team and Members which must be specified. A person (Party) can be a Member of more than one Warehouse Team if this is required.

Configuration of access controls for Warehouse workers is a two step process:

  • First, the Warehouse worker must have their Party Profile configured with a Security Group granting Warehouse access. These Security Groups begin with [WRHS_...]. Refer to the User Manual section User Security Groups for configuration guidance.
  • Second, the Warehouse worker is assigned to the Warehouse Team(s) necessary for their job assignments. This is accomplished as follows:
