Shortcuts

The Shortcuts menu is a navigation tool that allows you to jump to any of the five principle pages related to leads:

• My Leads
• Create Lead
• Find Leads
• Merge Leads
• Create Catalog Request

Please note: The Shortcuts menu is available on every screen within the “Leads” category.

New Lead

Like the “Shortcuts” menu, the “New Lead” section remains available on each page within the “Leads” category. This section allows you to add the most basic information for a new lead to your “My Leads” list. After entering the appropriate data into any or all of the available fields, click [Create] to add the lead to “My Leads”.

Pressing [Create] will automatically take you to the profile of the lead you have just created. From the View Lead screen you can edit or add additional information about the lead, as well as a variety of other functions.

My Leads

The “My Leads” section lists the leads you have generated and allows you to access and edit any individual lead. For quick reference, the “My Leads” list includes the following basic information for each lead:

• Name
• Company Name
• Primary Email
• Primary Phone

Clicking on [Company] will sort your leads according to the company.

Clicking on the name of a specific lead will take you to the View Lead page.
