Can not find the file $opentapsInstallationPath/hot-deploy/component-load.xml in opentaps 1.51

This file is no longer necessary in opentaps 1.5M1. Once it is in the hot deploy component, it will automatically load.

Tryed the URL plus /ws/orders/login but get to error log screen
