Reports Screen
This screen allows you to create a report of the data, either by marketing campaign or by tracking code.
Marketing Campaign
Select the appropriate marketing campaign from the drop down menu. You may also compile the report by entering the "From" date manually or by using the calendar widget, and the time from the drop down menus. Leaving the fields empty will compile a report for all existing campaigns. Clicking the [Submit] button will generate a report with the following data:
- Marketing Campaign Name - This is the name and internal ID for the marketing campaign you are analysing.
- Marketing Visits - This is the number of times the marketing campaign was applied to the contact list.
- Marketing Orders - This is the number of orders that have been generated by the marketing campaign.
- Marketing Order Amount - This is the total amount of revenue from the orders placed as a result of the marketing campaign.
- Marketing Conversion Rate - This is the number of orders divided by the number of visits.
Tracking Code Report
Select the appropriate tracking code from the internal tracking code internal ID number from the drop down menu. You may also compile the report by entering the "From" date manually or by using the calendar widget, and the time from the drop down menus. Leaving the "From" and "Thru" fields empty will create a report that spans the duration of the campaign. Leaving the fields emptil will compile a report for all existing tracking codes. Clicking the [Submit] button will generate a report with the following data:
- Tracking Code- This is the name and internal ID for the tracking code you are analysing.
- Marketing Visits - This is the number of times the marketing campains were applied to the contact list.
- Marketing Orders - This is the number of orders that have been generated for the marketing campaigns being compiled by the tracking code.
- Marketing Order Ammount - This is the total ammount of revenue from the orders placed as a result of the marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Conversion Rate - This analyzes the success of the marketing campaigns analyzed by the tracking codes by comparing the revenue generated by the marketing campaign with the number of marketing visits applied to the contact list.
