Cases Display Tests
These are for checking if the cases are highlighted properly when they have not been viewed yet or if something about the case has changed. These tests use the CRMSFA Cases tab. Note that the test has to be done with two users.
Display of a New Case
Action
Create case as DemoSalesManager. Then log out and log back in as DemoSalesRep1. Look at list of cases in My Cases.
Result
List of cases should have the new case and it should be bold.
Display Changes when Case is Viewed
Action
Click on the case to view it. Then click on My Cases.
Result
The case in the list of cases should no longer be bold.
Display on Update Case
Action
As DemoSalesManager, edit the case and change the priority. Then log in as DemoSalesRep1.
Result
The case should be bold again in list of cases.
Action
Click on the bolded case, then go back to My Cases.
Result
Case should no longer be bold in list of cases.
Display Changes on Association with Activity
Action
- As DemoSalesRep1, ensure that the case is viewed and is not bold.
- Create an activity relatedto the case
- Click on My Cases
Result
Case should be bold due to the association with the activity
Action
View the case, then go back to Cases tab and look at the list of cases again.
Result
Case is no longer bold.
Display Changes on Creating Note
Action
Create a note for the case as DemoSalesManager. Log in as DemoSalesRep1 and go to My Cases.
Result
Case should be bold due to addition of note.
= Display Changes on Creating Bookmark or Uploading File
Action
Create a bookmark for the case as DemoSalesManager. Log in as DemoSalesRep1 and go to My Cases.
Result
Case should be bold due to addition of bookmark.
Action
Upload a file for case as DemoSalesRep1. Log in as DemoSalesManager and go to My Cases.
Result
Case should be bold due to addition of file.
