Log Task Screen

The "Log Task" screen allows you to log emails and phone calls. The data fields are the same for both emails and phone calls. Select "Inbound" or "Outbound" from the drop down menu, enter the "Internal Party" manually (or search for it using the search icon next to the field), and enter the "Subject" of the task.
In addition to this required data you can also include information about the phone call/email including "External Party", related "Opportunity", "Case", a "Message" about the task, "Start Date", and "Duration".
