The Create Supplier screen allows you to add new suppliers to your supplier list.
Supplier Details
- Party ID
- This allows you to create an ID name for the supplier that is unique to Opentaps. You will be able to use this in addition to the "Supplier Name" to search for a supplier on the Find Supplier screen.
- Supplier Name
Contact Information - Enter the appropriate data into the following contact fields:
- Country Code
- Area Code
- Phone Number
- Extension
- E-Mail Address
- Web URL
Address - Enter the appropriate mailing/shipping information for the supplier.
