1) You create field gl_Fiscal_Type_Id, and gl_Fiscal_Type_Line_Id in Invoice_Item and Payments_Aplications tables. 2) You create field gl_Fiscal_Type_Line_Id in Transaction_entry. 3) You make reports about this field and tables.
