View Email Screen

The opentaps CRM's email screen is like the email screen of most web-based applications. There are a few buttons which are available at the top of the screen:

  • [Reply] and [Forward] - Reply or Forward this email to someone using the Write Email Screen.
  • [Assign] - Assign this email to another person for processing. This button only appears if the email has not been completed.
  • [Mark Completed] - Mark this email as completed. This button only appears is the user has permission to close activities for the (client) parties involved in the email.
  • [Delete] - Delete the email and mark the related activity as cancelled with a note about who cancelled it. This button only appears if the email has not been marked completed.
