Edit Transaction Screen

This screen allows you to edit transactions that have not yet been posted, and is divided into the following sections:

Transaction Details

This section will display the transaction details, and contains the following buttons:

[Edit] - Clicking this button will allow you to edit the transaction header so that you can update the transaction's details.
[Delete] - Clicking this button will remove it from the system. This delete button will only appear if there are no entries. You must delete the entries first before attempting to delete the transaction.
[Post] - Clicking this button will post the transaction to the General Ledger. After a transaction is posted it can no longer be edited. The posting will fail if the transaction is not in balance.
