Adjust Inventory Values
When inventory values are adjusted, the value of the change in inventory value (quantity * change in unit cost) is recorded as a Debit to INVENTORY_VAL_ADJ account and a Credit to the INVENTORY_ACCOUNT of the item being adjusted.
