To create an event you must enter the event name and its scheduled start date/time.  You can add additional details including the "Related Party" (account), "Opportunity", "Case", "End Date and Time", "Duration", "Location", a description of the event, your "Availability" to attend the event, and whether or not to "Ignore Scheduling Conflicts". Click [Create] to add the event to your "Pending Activities" list and will bring up the [[Activity Details Screen]].

The "Create Event" or "Create Task" screens allow you to add an event or task to the "Pending Activities" list. Creating an event will also automatically add the event and its details to the "My Calendar" screen.

To create an event you must enter the event name and its scheduled start date/time. You can add additional details including the

  • Name/Subject
  • Related Party
  • Opportunity
  • Case
  • Scheduled Start
  • End Date and Time
  • Duration
  • Location
  • Description
  • Availability
  • Ignore Scheduling Conflicts

Clicking the [Create] button will add the event or task to the "Pending Activities" list and will bring up the Activity Details Screen.
