To configure keyword aliases, use the Catalog Managers Thesaurus screen.  Enter the alias in the "keyword" field, and the keyword in the "alternate" field.  For example, if you would like the results for laptop to be displayed when a user searches for "lapptop", enter "lapptop" in the keyword field and "laptop" in the alternate field, you can use "correct spelling" as the relationship.
