To access this page from the Main Navigation screen, proceed as follows:
Click: [CRM/SFA] Icon > [Marketing] Tab > [Survey Results] Sub-Tab Click: a Survey ID in the "Surveys" column of the first list box that opens. The "Survey Results" box opens.
The first list box screen displays any surveys by their ID that you have prepared in Content Manager Application and saved. It also displays the Survey Name, and includes a brief description of the survey.
To view the survey results, click on the Survey ID. This will display the survey questions and statistics on the responses, if any.
