Clicking [Create Email] will prompt you to enter the "Purpose" (from the drop down menu), "Email Address", and whether to "Allow Solicitation" (also from a drop down menu).
Press [Save] to store the information and return to the View Lead Screen or cancel to return to the screen without saving the email information.
