When the change is made in one system, a corresponding change should occur in the other: * Create/add phone number * Create/add email address * Create/add postal address * Update phone number * Update email address * Update postal address * Expire/remove phone number * Expire/remove email address * Expire/remove postal address Things to watch out for: # Make sure that the data item (phone, email, address) being changed is updated correctly in the other system after the synch # Make sure that the purpose of the data item is synched correctly. For example, a fax number created in opentaps becomes a fax number in Outlook. # Make sure that the remaining data in both the original and the new systsem are correct. ==Removing and Deactivating Contacts== '''Action''' Remove a contact in Outlook.
